UK

Foundation date: 1974

L’Arche UK is a thriving network of communities, each situated in a local neighbourhood within a particular town or city. Many have inclusive workshops, as well as homes where people with and without disabilities live under one roof or close by and more independently. L’Arche UK is passionate not only about supporting people with learning disabilities to lead full and connected lives, but ensuring that their contributions as citizens are recognised and celebrated across society.
