How to make a complaint or raise a concern

Complaints and reports can be made in writing or orally either directly by the individual or organization, or by someone acting on their behalf. A complaint or report can be made in English or French, or in another language by email ireport@larche.org or by mail to our office at this address: Safeguarding Response Team, L’Arche International, 25 rue Rosenwald, 75015 Paris, FRANCE

What happens when a report is made?

The Cell that has the mission to receive and process reports and testimonies is composed of at least two external people, and two people with experience of L’Arche but who are no longer in operational or leadership roles.
Team members are trained in personal protection and investigation.
The team works in English and French and uses translators to process signals expressed in other languages.

The person who submits a testimony will be contacted within 72 hours.
