It is an opportunity for members with and without disabilities to pool their talents to make each visitor feel truly welcomed. And the community’s felt-making workshop means that visitors can go home with a high quality felt crib souvenir as well.
Launched in February 2024, a ground-breaking self-advocacy project titled "TwidSA: Together With and Without Disability in Self-advocacy" is about to see youth workers with and without intellectual disabilities team up across four richly diverse cultures.
