‘Everyone wants to create something beautiful, which has meaning for others.’ For the past 20 years, the two communities in the Czech Republic, both located in beautiful rural surroundings, make these words from their website a daily reality. That commitment shines through all their activities: the high-quality hand-made craft products, their folk music band and theatre ensemble, everyday work in the garden and with the farm animals, as well as restoration of old buildings, to bring them back to public use. In all aspects of daily life, each person is helped to discover their own abilities and plays their part in the team.
