How to make a complaint or raise a concern

Complaints and reports can be made in writing or orally either directly by the individual or organization, or by someone acting on their behalf. A complaint or report can be made in English or French, or in another language by email or by mail to our office at this address: Safeguarding Response Team, L’Arche International, 25 rue Rosenwald, 75015 Paris, FRANCE

What happens when a report is made?

A small group at L’Arche International receives and responds to complaints and concerns according to our Complaints Policy and Procedure. The group includes someone from outside our organization to ensure fairness and provide expert advice.

The person making the complaint will be contacted within 72 hours.
