Creating Change
L’Arche youth and family programs work on behalf of the dignity, well-being, and inclusion of children and young people with intellectual disabilities and their families around the globe. The programs deliver healthcare and social services, empower caregivers, and strengthen community support and social networks. The project helps build more inclusive communities where youth and families are fully integrated in their local society, gain access to essential resources for development and well-being, and can thrive.
Social Impact
Youth and family programs focus on improving inclusion, resilience, and quality of life in neighborhoods around the world. Through community-based support, awareness raising, access to healthcare, and capacity building, the project strengthens the role of families, caregivers, and local communities in creating a more inclusive and equitable society.

L’Arche’s Youth and Family Programs are helping build a more inclusive world where every child and family can flourish.
