In 2025, L’Arche launched a unique, multi-country study project called “The Social Entrepreneurship Learning Lab.” With the engagement of four local communities and an expert evaluation partner, this evaluation program has allowed our global community to embark on a long-term peer learning project to better understand the benefits of these programs on an individual and societal level, the real challenges they face, and how to better equip and scale programs toward sustainability and excellent outcomes.

L’Arche’s Social Entrepreneurship programs focus on long term success and include essentials like helping young professionals work toward workplace fluency and to gain confidence in the vocational path of their choosing. Built on positive relationships and focused on social engagement, each initiative provides formal learning, where skill development can flourish within a joyful and inclusive environment.
